When I started training with Chase, I did not have any significant weight training experience, I was still struggling with some intermittent core/lower back pain issues and I did not have great muscle definition. Fast forward two years and my core/lower back pain issues are behind me (Thank you, heavy deadlifts — now my favorite exercise!). Chase has helped me become functionally strong and feel in control of my health.
The progress pictures are a testament to the fact that training with Chase actually produces real results. The best part about the process, is that there are always new strength and body goals to look forward to, which require discipline and hard work but lead to growth.
