After successfully completing my own fitness transformation, I’ve been helping people get in the best shape of their lives and can help you do the same.

My Fitness Journey

As a competitive athlete growing up, working out was a big part of my life.

Then in my early 20’s my fitness progress stalled, and I couldnt achieve the athletic and muscular physique I wanted.

This led me to seek out the help of experts who taught me how to train like pro athletes and celebrities. I sought out to learn everything I could about fitness. I got into the best shape of my life.

My overall strength has dramatically increased. I’ve reduced my resting heart rate to the mid 40’s, and I’ve maintained an athletic physique at 10-15% body fat. Fitness has given me confidence and helped me feel like I’m in complete control of my life.

My qualifications are a result of my own development process, which involves continuously improving the knowledge gaps I have. I’ve spent hundreds of hours learning from some of the fitness industry’s leading experts. I’ve spent several hundred more hours applying the methodologies to my own training and ultimately the training programs of my clients.
