I offer 1-1 coaching services in-person and online. In-person packages (individual sessions and monthly contracts) and remote training services (monthly contracts only).

What are your most popular packages?

Monthly contracts are the most popular and have the best success rate, because they help clients develop the skills they need to succeed for the long term.

What do you help clients achieve?

K
I help clients get stronger, improve endurance, increase mobility and flexibility, lose body fat, gain lean muscle, become more athletic, get rid of pain, transform their bodies, build confidence, enhance focus, become empowered, and more. Developing good exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle habits are all part of the process.

What is your approach to fitness?

My approach to fitness is holistic. You will see benefits with how you look, feel, and perform as a person and a professional. I want you to enjoy the results achieved and I want the results to help you live a healthy and fulfilling life.

What is your training philosophy?

K
I believe in functional fitness and base my philosophy on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These three things (along with nutrition) can help you achieve pretty much any fitness goal.

What is your process when you first start with a new client?

K
Every client is different, so my process isn’t necessarily the same each time. Generally speaking, when I first start with a new client I help them identify their starting point, create clear and SMART goals, and develop a strong foundation to build from physically and mentally.

What is it like working with you?

Working with me is a team endeavor, I don’t win unless you do. I will give you all the tools you need to succeed and hold you accountable every step of the way until you succeed.

Where do you work with your clients?

I work with clients in-person at local gyms, in-person at their place of residence, and online/virtually.

Do you offer online or remote training?

K
Yes! I have clients all over the United States and in Europe. All you really need to work with me is internet access.

How long have you been training clients?

I’ve been training clients for six years. I’ve been training myself for two decades.

What are your training qualifications?

I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, but have also specialized in a few key areas to help accelerate the progress and success of my clients:

How are you different from other personal trainers?

K
My approach helps clients learn not only how to apply the right strategies, but how to methodically dial in their focus and take action consistently even when the going gets tough. That’s what the Incremental Gains philosophy is all about. Knowing what fitness strategies will help you achieve your goal isn’t enough. You have to learn how to actually apply them, in conjunction with everything else you have going on in your life, in order to be successful.

I also have bachelor degrees in acting and business with real world experience in both fields. I work primarily with performers, entrepreneurs, and other business professionals, so this helps me connect with clients on a much deeper level (than most personal trainers), because I truly understand the lifestyle and the demands of what they do professionally.

I’ve tried other programs/trainers and didn’t get results, why should I trust you?

I practice what I preach and only teach fitness strategies that have been proven to work. These strategies have allowed me to live comfortably between 10-15% body fat, deadlift over 400+ lbs, avoid injury, and keep my biometrics in healthy ranges among many other achievements. What is your success rate?

Success always depends on the individual. I’ve had clients lose 20+, 50+, and 70+ pounds and completely transform the way their body looks, feels, and performs. If you?re ready to put in the work, you could experience your own transformation.

Do you work with beginners?

K
Yes! I work with clients who are brand new to fitness and help them achieve their goals by breaking them down into their constituent parts so that the process is simple, feasible, and never intimidating. This leads to more consistency, momentum, confidence, and success. I also work with clients who are advanced and need help taking their fitness to the next level.

Do I need gym access to achieve results?

No! Having equipment definitely helps, but many goals (especially weight loss) can be achieved with little to no equipment at all.

Do I need to be in good shape to start working with you?

K
No! I work with all fitness levels. You should start working with me if you want to be in good shape.

How much do you charge?

K
Prices depend on the service you would like and how long you’re ready to commit to. I’m not the cheapest option, but what I provide is a premier service that has been proven to work for a variety of different people. We will collaborate to develop a program that works best for you.

Is the price less if I remove an individual service like nutrition coaching from the package?

K
No. All services are bundled and not sold separately.

What if I’m scared to make this decision?

K
I get it because that’s exactly where I was. When I hired my first coach it wasn’t cheap, but it allowed me to learn how to get the results I wanted fast and made me feel like I could accomplish anything that I set my mind to. It’s always scary at first because our brains tell us to fear the unknown.

If I can’t afford it, is there anything you can do to help me?

There are third party financing options including one with PayPal credit (zero percent interest for six months). If you’re interested in a financing option or have questions, I can help you.

What if I change my mind once we start working together?

There’s a happiness guarantee, so if we start working together and you’re not happy for whatever reason you will get your money back.
